Pilates Combo
Pilates Combo
is a series of low-impact exercises that concentrates on building strong
abdominal muscles which improves balance and coordination. Pilates combo
format involves toning with light weights, balancing, and mat workout
using a combination of yoga and pilates moves.

Join us for a Pilates demonstration
Julia teaches a
variety of fitness classes at the YMCA and Senior Center in Albany.
Her classes include pilates, steps aerobics, body
sculpting, bones and balance for seniors, core body workout, and
arthritis water exercise.
Julia's
educational background includes, Food and Nutrition, Biological Science,
and pharmaceutical training. She is certified by the AFAA, AEA and
the Arthritis Foundation of the Pacific Northwest Chapter. Besides
teaching fitness, Julia also provide nutritional counseling.
In her spare
time and for relaxation, Julia loves to garden, try out new
recipes, cook gourmet dishes, read, hike, and travel.
